Gilberto Lopez is the founder of FIRME Business Advisors, a consulting firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and established business owners build strong operational foundations, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across small, mid‑size, and large companies throughout North America, Gilberto has led complex operations, transformed underperforming businesses, and delivered strong financial and operational results in multiple industries. His career includes leadership roles at internationally renowned companies such as NORMA Group AG, ITW, Honeywell, Carlisle, and others. He has served in high‑impact positions including Vice President & General Manager, COO, Division Manager, Director, and Multi‑Site Plant Manager, giving him a deep understanding of how businesses operate, scale, and succeed.
Throughout his career, Gilberto has been responsible for manufacturing operations ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion in annual revenue, supporting both domestic and global markets. His leadership experience spans high‑volume production, complex multi‑site environments, capital‑intensive operations, and international supply chains.
Gilberto holds college degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, and has completed advanced studies and executive training at respected institutions around the world, including:
